New Zealand’s maritime border along with many other South Pacific nations opened at the end of last year after the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions. This marked a long absence by Oceania Marine and most other Southern marine businesses from marine trade shows due to cancellations or travel restrictions. With the Pacific fleet of superyachts currently building nicely in number, Oceania Marine’s Managing Director, Martin Gleeson, is pleased to be returning to the Monaco Show it re-establish industry contacts and networks:

“My last Monaco show was 2019 so it’s been some time since we’ve had the opportunity to meet up with yacht managers and suppliers etc. In 2019 our focus was securing a contract for the supply of a new 560T travel lift which has now been delivered by Cimolai and commissioned at our shipyard here in Port Whangarei, New Zealand. 2023 finds us open for business and keen to show off our capabilities to our industry colleagues.”
