Oceania Marine Refurbishing Four Rolls Royce Kamewa Jet Units

Oceania Marine Engineering Services are part of the Oceania Marine Shipyards and have a large project in hand which includes refurbishing four Rolls Royce Kamewa Jet Units on a 37M high speed vessel. The work is being undertaken at Oceania Marine’s, North Shipyard, Port Whangarei New Zealand in their extensive engineering workshops. The scope of works includes removal, dismantling, examination, parts repair or replacement as required, reassemble, refitting and sea trials.

Additional work includes removal of old main engines and replace with new, removal of gensets for servicing, replacement of eleven AC units, new vinyl wrap and extensive refit. A very big job for the Oceania marine team!
