Refit & Repair:

Oceania Marine has developed an extensive capability to project manage and service yacht refits. From top of the line large superyachts down to smaller charter sail yachts, we have the right mix of skills and expertise for any project thereby establishing ourselves as a leading refit yard in this class. For example:

  • our refit project management team have handled a large number of refits and have been working together at the yard since 2004
  • we are very experienced head contractors (more than 30 projects pass through the yards per year, large and small)
  • our dedicated paint company and the paint facilities are the best available from within Oceania
  • we can supply a world class interior fitout or makeover from our world class subsidiary Oceania Interiors
  • we undertake specialised repairs in all materials including including steel, aluminium and osmosis in composite hulls
  • we have a big rig spar and rigging service centre operated in conjuction with a premiere builder of high-performance rigs
  • Vessels displacing less than 100 tonnes are catered for at our Port Whangarei Marine Centre

New Construction:

If you have a new-build superyacht project, or would like us to set one up for you, talk to us. Within our construction sheds we have superb facilities backed by design, new-build project management and construction skills that would equal anything on offer elsewhere. Add to this the quality of our paint finish and an interior from our world class subsidiary Oceania Interiors and you have a compelling package for any new build project. Recent superyacht projects completed at the yard were a 35 metre (2005 – composite), 47 metre (2007 – steel) and 32 metre (2011 – aluminium), two of which received Superyacht of the Year awards.
